Ordering Guidelines (Drop-In Liner)

Quotes

  • Quotations are supplied upon request.

  • Written quotes will include the price of goods, and estimated delivery time frame.

  • Quotes are good for 30 days, unless otherwise noted. 

  • When your quote expires after 30 days, prices are subject to change and will be re-quoted at your request. 

Provide Accurate Information

 

  • Provide us with the correct year, make, and model of your truck.   
    (If you are unsure, you can send us a photo.) 

  • Schedule an appointment.  
    *Requesting a last minute "on demand" delivery and install may incur a rush fee! 

 

Restocking Fees 

Unless the product ordered and delivered is defective, or the return is the direct result of a Big City Bed Liners error, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price paid.  

 

Prepare Your Vehicle! 

  • Please have your vehicle parked and ready at the designated location and time.

  • Make sure the bed of your truck is clear of any debris or cargo. 

  • Occasionally, there are other accessories already installed that need to be removed.
    (ex. tool boxes, bed covers.)
    Please notify us of this prior to your install appointment and whether you are unable to remove these items yourself. 


    Additional Fees
    Your quoted price for delivery and install will be subject to additional fees for debris removal, cargo removal, or existing accessory removal. 

Warranties

  • If you have a warranty issue, please contact us!

  • We will facilitate a warranty claim on your behalf.

  • We will contact the vendor with the issue and coordinate a repair or replacement as necessary. 

  • If the manufacturer prefers to handle warranty claims directly with you, we will let you know, and will continue to monitor the warranty claim until it is resolved.

Following these guidelines will help to facilitate our best possible delivery and install experience!
